Could my budgie see me as a partner?

My male budgie has become clingy, seeking my attention and bobbing his head with muffled clicking sounds. His pupils narrow when I approach, and I’m concerned these might be hormonal behaviors. Could he be treating me as a mate?
짝으로 보는 건가 싶어 신경 쓰이셨을 텐데, 고개 까딱임과 낮은 딸깍 소리, 눈동자가 좁아지는 건 구애 행동일 때가 많아요. 등·꼬리 쪽은 쓰다듬지 않고 밤에 10~12시간 어둡게 재워 주면 차분해지기도 해요.
